For the 1st Bali Asian Beach Games, hosted and organized across southern Bali by the OCA (Olympic Council of Asia), PME was granted the Sports Presentation portion of the Games. Held over 10 days in October 2008, this epic sports tournament gathered 4000 world-class athletes from 45 countries. Services provided by PME included management of audio equipment and supervision of the Games' music policy via local and international DJ's. Talent management included sourcing and supervision of performers such as half-time dancers, cheerleaders, DJ's, MC's, and commentators. Liason with local and interntional host broadcasters was also provided for the live on-air portion of the Games, and media conferences for individual sport clusters were also arranged by PME.

The Nusantara Cup Ultimate Frisbee Tournament is now in it's 10th year as a return client with PME. Comprised of 12 international teams from cities across the Asia-Pacific, this unique 3-day tournament requires various forms of logistical support to maintain its success each year. Management of registration-dinners, event permits, field supervision, sound-systems, score-keepers, ambulance stand-by, field-security, bus charters, salad-bars, beer fountains, massage tents plus a closing awards-banquet with tournament slide-shows are all arranged by our team!
